Where?

However we do have unique occasions that allow us to explore the communities further out for outdoor experiences, social dances, or educational tours. Each client is a case by case evaluation.
How?
First, you or your family must be enrolled into the Colorado Department of Health Care Policy & Financing (HCPF) program. Once admitted, your Case Manager will begin seeking providers such as LEO to offer services. If you are interested in LEO as a provider for any of the services listed, please complete an inquiry via our Contact Us page.
